Rich Paul is an American sports agency based in Cleveland, Ohio. He founded the Klutch Sports Group and represented a number of leading NBA players, including Eric Bledsoe, John Wall, Ben Simmons, and old friend LeBron James.

Paul used to live in a one-bedroom apartment above his father's shop, R & amp; A Confectionary, at 125 and Arlington in Glenville, a neighborhood on the east side of Cleveland. He went to Benedictine, a Roman Catholic high school in the city. His father died of cancer in 1999.
After high school graduation, Paul bought a setback shirt from Atlanta and sold it from his suitcase in Cleveland. In 2002 he met LeBron James, impressed with the authentic Warren Moon laziness, at Akron-Canton Airport; both on their way to Atlanta, Paul to refill and LeBron to the Final Four. Both contact information was exchanged, and soon Paul linked James with Magic Johnson Lakers uniform and Joe Namath Rams uniform.

Careers
In 2003, after the NBA draft, LeBron hired Paul to be part of his small circle. He will then begin work under Leon Rose, who has negotiated the extension of LeBron with the Cavs in 2006, at the Creative Artists Agency. In 2012, Paul left Rose and CAA to start his own agency, the Klutch Sports Group, and bring LeBron with him.
